On behalf of the S.U.C.C.E.S.S. planning team we would like to invite you to participate in the 5th Annual Mid-Atlantic SMART Board Users Conference hosted by Kenmore Middle School in Arlington, Virginia. This year we are doing things a little differently.
Discover how to create professional, interactive and sharable SMART Notebook™ software lesson activities. SUCCESS is offering this content creation seminar to those educators who are enthusiastic about designing lesson activities to increase student engagement and participation.
You'll have the opportunity to enhance your ability to use SMART products in your classroom and create content that you can share with other educators. You'll learn tips and tricks for using SMART Notebook software's interactive design and delivery tools and the Lesson Activity Toolkit.
Are you a beginner SMART Board user? No worries, there will be a beginning content creation strand just for you. In order to apply, the following must be applicable:
• You are a certified, current full or part-time teacher
• You want to increase your skills in creating dynamic SMART Notebook lesson activities
• You must work in the Mid-Atlantic region
• You have at least 1 year of SMART Board interactive whiteboard experience and have attended training either online, at your school site, or any other form. This item will not apply if you are intending on participating in the beginner content creation strand.
The content creation seminar is limited to 150 participants so apply today. We will be accepting applications until June 15, 2012.
